Of course we assume that you will be 100% satisfied with our products. If you have a complaint or if your product is damaged, we will of course do everything we can to find a joint solution.
Is your order wrong or damaged upon delivery? Please report this as soon as possible and in any case before returning the product or putting it into use. For the sake of clarity, please include a photo of the problem.
If you have taken the product into use after detection of defect or damage, then your right to complain and return will lapse.
Did you receive your order in good order, but you have another complaint. Please contact us to discuss what is going on and whether we can find a joint solution.
It is of course important that our products are handled with care and that they are only handled according to Home or Concrete instructions and/or instructions for use on the packaging.
