Delivery and return

Of course we understand that you want to get started as soon as possible with our concrete ciré or concrete look paint. We will do everything we can to get the order to you as soon as possible. 

Shipping & returns

If you order from the Netherlands and the product is in stock, we will do our best to deliver the product within 3 - 5 working days. Unfortunately this is not guarenteed. 


Our packages are delivered by DHL. Colour samples are sent by post, so you will not receive a track-and-trace code. For an order of all other products you will receive a track-and-trace code, the status of the order you can check on:

DHL delivers from Monday to Saturday. Your parcel will be delivered to the address you provided, aren't you at home to take it? Then first we will see if one of your neighbors can take it. If this is not possible, your parcel will be delivered the next working day to a DHL ServicePoint nearby. If you prefer to have the parcel delivered to your home, you can make a new delivery appointment via the DHL website after the first delivery attempt.

 

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for the delivery of your order, you have to pay when placing the order. Sending a parcel costs €19,88 for packages up to 10 kilograms. The price will increase if the package weighs more than 10 kilograms.


Return

Is the product damaged or unusable? Then please report to our customer service within 24 hours. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected]. Do not forget to mention your oder number in this email. Products may only be returned for this specific reason.

Please note: because some products are specially composed for you and/or have a limited shelf life, returns are not possible for any other reason.

Condition for return shipment:

- Report within 24 hours.

- Return the product in its orginal packaging.


Return steps:

  1. Register return within 24 hours;
  2. Return the product in its original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) to Home of Concrete within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the instructions provided. Returning the deliverd goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer;
  3. Keep your proof of shipment so that you can prove that you have returned the product within the specified period;
  4. As soon as we have received the package in good order, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products to you within 14 days. We will refund the amount with which the payment was made.
